I had a very similar experience to the other one-star review. Bill was unresponsive and missed multiple deadlines, which put me in a difficult position with timing. It took nearly three months of repeated follow-ups before the work was completed. Communication was minimal throughout the process, and the only time I received a prompt reply was when payment was discussed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend.
I have emailed several times and called several times and no response. I guess they don't need the business. We will find someone else that will respond. Don't waste your time trying to call them.
Non-responsive about our agreed-upon work after multiple months of outreach. We provided all of the necessary documents and they ghosted, not returning calls or emails. Delay is extremely frustrating and costly for us.
Excellent knowledge of Real Estate law-very responsive.
