Working with Marc was such a pleasant experience! He financed my first true fix and hold and the process ran so smoothly. Marc is not only a finance resource. He knows the business and educated me throughout the entire process. His rates were also reasonable, especially given the murky water in Baltimore real estate this past year. If it’s not broke, why fix it? He’ll definitely be my lender going forward.
