Where do I even begin here? Shoddy work all around here. They cannot provide accurate closing sums to save their lives. Our closing figures changed multiple times buy very large sums (e.g $10,000+) without any rationale why they were changing so much. We were advised on January 3rd by Jenna Curcio that we had to wire a sum of money slightly more than their estimated closing costs, which seemed okay to us just to be safe. Hiring Proper Rate to do the mortgage for our new home was the worst experience I’ve ever had hiring a company. They screwed up our loan during the process so many times the manager offered us a $3K credit. My wife and I are not in the real estate business but it seemed like we had to walk them through the mortgage process. They blamed it all on their AI being “off”. Dana Zito, the VP of Mortage Lending, has made numerous social media posts regarding her hatred of and refusal to tolerate conservative voters. For anyone thinking of doing business with this company or sharing your personal information with them, I'd urge you to investigate her social media.

I recently worked with Dan Moran and Mike McNamara on a matter. Top notch people to work with. Of note their firm quietly helps the communities they serve. Very admirable.
