I highly recommend Proper Loans to anyone it is a really solid organization. Their team did stellar job start to bottom .We were able to secure loan ahead of schedule and close on a property early. I was impressed by level of communication each step of the process and I got support I needed till it was done.
What an amazing experience! Definitely worth using a local loan officer at Proper Loans vs the big banks. The team really makes you feel like family and you are not left in the dark on what is going on during the loan process. I have purchased one property with the big banks (BofA, Chase, Wells) and they just don’t explain anything and you can’t get ahold of them if it is 5:01pm. Working with Phil and Dan at Proper Loans was incomparable. Again, it was a great experience!
