I really enjoy this location and it's set up. I have not taken advantage of the drive thru though. I prefer a face to face experience. The staff is nice and knowledgeable.

Jackson was so pleasant, informative and knowledgeable of the products available. He listened to my questions and explained the efficacy and benefits of the products I was interested in. He could not have been more helpful and charming. I want to also say, the gentleman meaning the desk was adorable! He has the biggest smile and infectious joyful personality! Very welcoming and sweet! My experience with Proper - Kirkwood was fantastic!
