Rachel and Prabh have been incredible! They are both exceptionally hard working support workers and are very caring and considerate. BAD NEWS! They use an OVERSEAS company to get you to do online sensory assessments etc. So YOUR PERSONAL INFO is in an OVERSEAS company and the AUSTRALIAN number for this "Pearson Clinical" mob that Propel uses to do assessments is actually an OVERSEAS CALL CENTER! One tried to get a copy of the online questionnaire THAT I FILLED OUT but there was no "DOWNLOAD COPY" tab available for me to download the questionnaire I filled in! Then when calling the Pearson Clinical AUSTRALIAN 1300 number, one is confronted with options on ... read more
