Think long and hard before using this company. If a mistake happens, and you make a double payment, it takes 4-6 weeks to get a refund. Their communication regarding policies and issues is TERRIBLE. If you get Lori, you’re cooked. Their tactics and policies are shady. Buyer beware. This is for their back tax payment support.
