My Bulls ebike was well setup. When it arrived, it was easy to finish assembly and begin riding. There was an issue with the Kiox but that was resolved by Kyle. Thanks for a positive experience and outcome.

I can't say enough about this store. They have made my transaction with them so easy and stress free. The customer service is beyond quick, friendly, honest, and so easy to work with. Nora M. is absolutely the best ever! You can't go wrong with getting a quality bike and accessories from Propel EBikes!!!!

I purchased my Urban Arrow Family cargo line from Propel in fall of 2022, and took it there for both the initial 30 day follow-up tune-up, as well as the 1,000 mile service. Kyle was very helpful in explaining the work performed, and had the work completed the same day on both occasions. He was very helpful in explaining any issues, and I found his work to be high quality. I plan to continue servicing my bike with Propel, and will also come back to them for any electric cargo bike needs in the future.

I am THRILLED to give FIVE Stars to Propel, and specifically to Kyle for the attention and effort spent on diagnosing and fixing a vexing and recurring problem on my 2018 Verza 10 e-bike. The fault was intermittent, and required specific test ride conditions to reproduce. Kyle stuck with it until he experienced the fault, then had the right equipment, tools, and skill to return the bike to “like new” serviceable condition.
