The staff was extraordinarily helpful and delightful when I asked a few preliminary questions by email. I knew immediately it was a team I could trust.
Unbelievably great place. I called after hours and did not leave a message figuring I would call back in the morning looking for a part for my e-bike lost in transit. They captured my number and called me back without me calling. They identified the part and sent me a picture to confirm it was correct. They had it drop shipped directly to me from their vendor. The service and attitude was exceptional as well as speed of service. I highly recommend Propel.
I have bought 2 eBikes through the conversations I have had with Chris at Propel. His way of explaining the complexities of an eBikes with the value-add they bring is worth gold. His focus on the customer and the quality of the bikes makes him a real standout in the bike industry.
I went in with a budget of about $10k to try and purchase a bike, with an 11 am appointment. The woman at the door ignored me for 20 minutes. I gave up, never tried the R&M, and went to another NJ bike store instead because why bother purchasing from these people :shrug:
Propel ( Andrew, Nora , Nahum)) have done a fabulous job keeping my reise mueller Nevo 3 in near perfect shape. Questions are answered and Nahim even picked up the bike and delivered it home after repairs and tune up completed and road tested. Extraordinary service. I live in Connecticut my daily commute is 32 miles- rarely drive the car. I ride the bike almost all winter — Not when the snow plows are out! Great bike , great bike people, wonderful bike shop!
