I originally come from the electric-assist cargo bike industry and have high-standards for service. I arrived all the way from Northern Vermont to have my neglected, obscure and complicated Butches & Bicycles tilting trike serviced. The team at Propel did everything in their power to make my visit successful. They had every part I needed in stock, including older Nuvinci N360 shifter, Bosch display holder and replacement Abus locks for the battery and frame. Came in with a gnarled chain on an analog bike, staff offered me water, asked if i was hurt (i was okay), let me use their bathroom…all while doing a great job fixing the chain with no hassle about it not being electric. Sweet, sweet people highly recommend

They never pick up their phone
We found Propel because they have a great selection of e-bikes (especially ones that can have child seats and accessories added easily), and it was possible to go there in person and test them out. Our service with them has been nothing short of fantastic.
