After a lot of support from the team at Propel, I have started riding my Tern GSD in Hawaii. It took a while, but it is worth it! I purchased two Gazelle bikes from Propel a few years ago and was impressed with the customer service. This time was no different. Thanks to everyone in Brooklyn who helped pack and ship the bike, not a scratch! The long distance made it hard, but Jon was always responsive and helpful. Thanks again!

I bought a bike last month. On the first day, I realized the bike is going to be too heavy to get up my stairs, so I returned it. They told me no problem. Now it’s been a month and they aren’t answering their phones or returning my email.

The authority on the best electric bikes. If you have a family with young kids in Brooklyn, you need to see what options they have for you to get around. It will change your life. The Propel team took such amazing care of me and let me do a bunch of test rides. They are clear experts in their domain and I cannot thank them enough for their guidance! Oh and check out their YouTube content before you go, there's so much great useful stuff on there!

Great experience every time with Propel. I've done test rides, purchased accessories, and taken in my e-bike for emergency repairs, and they are super professional, communicative, and friendly every time. The flat was repaired in less than an hour. Super helpful team and would absolutely recommend anybody interested in buying an e-bike to give them a look.
