Love this place and everything it stands for.. As someone that has tried and continues many hobbies I really enjoy bringing my unused craft supplies and browsing through their treasures. Feels great preventing things from going to the landfill and knowing you’re giving back. Recently I’ve even brought my toddler here to create a craft for her to do, she picked out a wooden dish to paint, got a brush and a couple paint colors and she now has a beautiful bowl that she keeps her crayons at her desk in! Had a lovely time art the mini wheel throwing class and exploring the thrift shop!! It was a palpably inspiring and welcoming environment and tons of fun! But the highlight was staying the night in the ArtBnB!! What an incredible and fun space--there was so much to explore in every corner, it felt like a treasure hunt! Sam had so thoughtfully stocked the whole house for our stay, from tasty treats to toiletries. There was a clear intent for the ArtBnB to be sustainable and low-waste which I really appreciated! Sam and her staff have created a wonderful resource for creative minds! Starting a new hobby or project can be so cost prohibitive, and as a novice it is intimidating to use your expensive supplies to turn out a mediocre product. Having the ability to experiment and be adventurous with art is such a gift. We are grateful to Propagate for removing barriers to creative expression, and encourage everyone to come check it out!
