My car rental was fine. I have no complaints there. I would just say that the customer service wasn’t the best. I was stranded because my car had broke down and when I returned the rental, I asked for a ride. They could not because it was 18 miles away. I had just spent 700$ for a rental car and was stranded with my two children. We waited for two hours in their parking lot until the person who was repairing my car picked us up. Enterprise and other rental agencies definitely would of driven us.

This is a place we're u go it YOU CAN NOT GO TO A MAJOR RENTAL CAR COMPANY.....understand with pronto rentalYOU HAVE TO HAVE YOUR OWN INSURANCE SO IF YOU DONT OWN A CAR YOU HAVE TO PRICE INSURANCE FOR THE CAR YOU ARE TRYIMG TO RENT. THEY DONT HAVE INSURANCE THROUGH THERE COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT A ACTUAL RENTAL COMPANY. THIS IS A BUY HERE PAY HERE CAR LOT THAT RENT CARS THEY SELL. So, so grateful to the people at Pronto for helping me and my friends out. They had their flight cancel in Nashville and were stuck there. Didn't know when the next available flight would be and no one would rent them a car because of age but these guys were able to help and get them unstuck out of a really bad situation. Thank you guys so much!

Needed a car for a few days while mine was in the shop. Gave these guys a try. The lovely Jeny assisted me in getting a suitable car and made the process quick and easy. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend giving Jeny and Pronto a try.
