We booked a limo for my son’s fifth-grade graduation celebration for him and 11 of his friends, and the entire experience was fantastic! The booking process was easy, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. On the day of the event, the driver arrived five minutes early, patiently waited through the school car line, and helped get all the kids loaded safely. Pronto Limousine Service exceeded our expectations! Our driver, Escarlin, was wonderful from start to finish. She arrived right on time, was professional and friendly, and made the entire experience enjoyable. The limo itself was so much fun, and everything went smoothly. Another 5-star experience with Pronto. We've used then for years and they are always professional, on time, and the vehicles are spotless. Claudia was wonderful and took great care of us for a concert this weekend that went much later that expected. She got us home safely and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!!!!
If you’re going to go with this company be carful. I was driving on the highway and one of their vehicles almost rammed into me on the passenger side of the car, trying to get over. If you want to avoid an accident don’t go with this company. It was the car #09 on May 4th around 5:30pm.
Great experience! The limousines are always clean and ready, and the team is very professional. Pronto always has the newest and nicest cars. Highly recommend!
