Absolutely the worst financing company anyone would ever have to deal with. After final payment they will do whatever they can to withhold the title. Claims of interest or late fees over the loan agreement. Or insurance all of a sudden at close of loan agreement. I think this finance company takes advantage of individuals really trying to build their credit. I’ve been there and know I’ve had issues! This is not a financial company that will help. This company needs to get their acts together! It's 2020 for goodness sake! Their interest rate is ridiculously high, so I wanted to make a bulk payment towards my principal using the echeck on their website (no debit/credit card option). Somehow their portal does not give you that option to apply your funds towards the principal. I called several times and they stated that I had to wait to make the next loan repayment due before I can pay towards the principal if I have to use the echeck! Horrible finance company, I would not recommend! Can’t wait until I pay this loan off so I can never have anything to do with them again. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Communication is horrible within the company. I asked the manager if it was ok if I could make a late payment without it affecting my credit due to Covid-19 and of course they told me what I wanted to hear.
