I’m sure this bike shop gives great service to the local area but my experience purchasing one of their bikes online has been a disaster class. My payment was processed and it wasn’t until I inquired with the store directly about another matter that they told me they didn’t have the bike due to their site’s inventory not being updated. Local bike shop is really cool. I had some issues with my tires and they replaced them then sended in the warranty paperwork because I have a race in two days. Give them a shot and support local!

I wish I had gotten her name, but the young woman behind the counter had long dark brown hair and was incredibly kind and helpful. I told her I was still learning, and she didn’t talk down to me at all—instead, she walked me through everything patiently, even the things she said she was still learning herself. That honesty and openness made me feel so much more comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone who’s not only helpful but also so genuine. She made the whole experience so much better!
