Local bike shop is really cool. I had some issues with my tires and they replaced them then sended in the warranty paperwork because I have a race in two days. Give them a shot and support local!
I wish I had gotten her name, but the young woman behind the counter had long dark brown hair and was incredibly kind and helpful. I told her I was still learning, and she didn’t talk down to me at all—instead, she walked me through everything patiently, even the things she said she was still learning herself. That honesty and openness made me feel so much more comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone who’s not only helpful but also so genuine. She made the whole experience so much better!
Ok, I dont have much time for a long review that is well deserved, so I will post a followup! But wow, these guys, i dont even know how to say it, they just make it happen, and quick, I recovered this schwinn tricycle from my grandpa's after he passed, so not only is it a bad ass tric/ but now we can ride it and start customizing, the tires/wheels and spokes were sub par at best, now it cruises like a dream. Thanks so much for all your help on this sentimental piece of art!!
They went out of their way to take care of me and make sure I was happy. They have a great selection of all kinds of bikes from top brands and have reasonable prices with their selection. I'm sure they treat all of their customers this way so you can't go wrong with these guys.
They just ran out of the size of chain I needed but said they could get it in the next day, but I needed one to bike home with so they installed one from Walmart and ended up charging me $10. They let me know that my bike was struggling to switch gears (it was before I just didn't care to fix it. it's nice to know they did checks to make sure it's running smooth) the employees there were really nice and honest and fixed it how I wanted without trying to sell me on anything extra.
