I purchased a bike light on-line and it was quick and simple and if that was the basis for my review, I would provide 5 stars because it arrived within a week and the communication (though automated) was accurate and informative. #1 highly commend policy no test rides without helmet. Other bike shops often are indifferent on customers safety. Big deal to me #2 Test ride all you like. Several options. #3 No up selling #4 finance available. Pros are obvious to zero % but the downside easily hidden in the small print. Hunter made sure these were understood by customer. #5 Information needed to make informed decisions. Excellent extraordinary experience. Location is west of Maddox (slightly downhill). Probably a great shop to visit in person, bit the online shopping experience with them was a little slow. It took a few days maybe a week to get a shipping confirmation, but they only created the label and didn't actually ship it until a few days later. I wasn't in a hurry, so no big deal, but might be worth noting if you're going to order online from them. Don't expect it to be as fast as ordering direct or buying from larger online retailers.
