I just got back into mountain biking. I’ve been to many shops and so far Pronghorn has been the best. They answered all of my questions and never made me feel bad about asking. They were very welcoming and friendly. Competitive pricing and great work. Would highly recommend.
Called before hand and they took the time to walk through their process as well as pricing. When I dropped the bike off, the guy did a few checks (brakes, ebike walk function, tires) and noted the brake lines could be flushed if wanted. Great customer service when picking up the bike. There was a small miscommunication but they explained and worked it out. Customer service is really what made it a great experience.
Very knowledgeable staff that you can tell they enjoy what they do and enjoy helping people find what fits. My husband and I bought two bikes with separate features and styles, found what worked for us individually.got the bike rack home and realized it would work for us., we called them, and he said bring it back and we will get you set up with what DOES. Great service!
