Purchased Big Sur e-bikes and Thule bike rack. Headed across the country to NC. Had an arm break on the rack. These guys were awesome to work with getting the warranty and parts replaced. Highly Recommend them and Thanks!!

I purchased a bike light on-line and it was quick and simple and if that was the basis for my review, I would provide 5 stars because it arrived within a week and the communication (though automated) was accurate and informative. Once I got the light, I opened the package and pressed the on button. #1 highly commend policy no test rides without helmet. Other bike shops often are indifferent on customers safety. Big deal to me #2 Test ride all you like. Several options. #3 No up selling #4 finance available. Pros are obvious to zero % but the downside easily hidden in the small print. Probably a great shop to visit in person, bit the online shopping experience with them was a little slow. It took a few days maybe a week to get a shipping confirmation, but they only created the label and didn't actually ship it until a few days later. I wasn't in a hurry, so no big deal, but might be worth noting if you're going to order online from them. Don't expect it to be as fast as ordering direct or buying from larger online retailers.
