Caring and Loving ! Ramona and her staff helped me care for my dad long distance. Their care and communication helped him manage his health and personal care . Their communication with me , professionalism and compassion allowed me to be comfortable knowing they had his care and he had my love .
I was beyond grateful to be able to have my mom in a facility run by the Rau family, for the last 8 months of her life!!! In my lifetime, I've visited a number of retirement homes. The thing that always got to me was the smell of urine in those facilities. I can say, matter of factly, that the facility run by the Rau family is the cleanest I've ever seen, and the best run!!!
