Do not buy from this shop had a tragedy in the family could not attend prom owners very rude sarcastic and not understanding would not give me a refund just try to accuse us of wearing dress and trying to return when prom hasn't even happened yet do not go here at all
Do not buy from this shop I has a death in the family my daughter couldn't attend prom I tried to return dress which hadn't be worn labels attached shop owner was rude not understanding then I get a phone call saying they can't refund due to customers wearing dresses and trying to return but I told them prom hadn't happened yet still no help do not buy from.this shop I will be telling everyone at my school not to go here ever
Wow, amazing customer service,Raya was so attentive and she advised us so well.She was so kind to give us an appointment yesterday at 12pm.She knew what my daughter needed in minutes of being there.She made my daughter feel so comfortable ,gave couple of dresses to try on and made her experience memorable.Dresses are stunningly Gorgeous 😍😍 in this shop and I definitely recommend it.My daughter unfortunately didn't find the right dress ( She's really fussy 🤣🤣).Raya is a true asset to Proms and pageants.Thank you Raya for ... read more
We had the most wonderful experience here today! This shop is run by a wonderful family who really went above and beyond, to make sure my daughter came home with the dress she loved for prom. I couldn’t recommend enough. from the moment we stepped into the shop the family were so friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble.
