My experience with Prompt Realty was extremely disappointing. They were not transparent about costs, and I was hit with hidden fees that were never mentioned upfront. Instead of providing clarity and support, their approach came across as exploitative—putting their financial interests ahead of the customer’s. Renting property is already stressful, but their lack of honesty made the process far worse. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects fairness and professionalism in such an important transaction.
