Quick pass tickets are a scam. You pay 20 dollars extra to get in before the general public. Well when it comes to let people in. The let the general public in at the same time. And they have the faster way of getting in. They are ripping people off.
Unwilling to refund money from Quick Tickets after not honoring them at The Backseat Lovers concert on July 23rd 2023.
On 3/31/2023, my husband and I had tickets to see the ***** ***** concert. This was our first time visiting your venue. This is the second time Ive had a bad experience with this production company. This time they sent out a notice of Covid Regulations, TWO days before the event, making covid Vaccine mandatory. This is short notice with little time to request a refund. PromoWest Productions instated the policy on August 18, 2021 in order to give unvaccinated ticketholders time to schedule a COVID-19 test.
