Owner disrespectful and refused to correct their mistake
They are very difficult to work with. The quality of their work leaves a lot to be desired. Spend a little bit more for quality work, you'll be much happier.

I have been using them for many years for school Pto items and for kids soccer gifts. They never disappoint. They are extremely easy to work with. And always have stuff ready on time.
Great service! These folks are so easy to work with, and their prices are so much better than the big internet providers. We just took delivery of silkscreened cotton tote bags for an upcoming conference and couldn't be happier!
VERY SLOW, VERY BAD ATTITUDE.
This business embroidered a personalized item that was to be an xmas gift UPSIDE DOWN! They were able to take the embroidery out and fix the problem but not once did they apologize or even act as if they cared. Upon informing them that it was upside down, the woman flippantly told me that the person who does the embroidery would take a look at it but probably couldn't get it done before xmas. Customer service is non-existent at this company and I will NEVER use them again. Don't trust them with anything important!!!!!
