Excellent experience with Dr Aimee Ruiz, Trace, Omar, Penelope, and Lily. After rotator cuff surgery they got me back to being able to function normally, sending me home with really great exercises to keep improving my ROM and strength. I highly recommend Promotion Therapy!
Excellent experience with PT for shoulder surgery at this location. Dr. Martindale is fantastic, always making sure I was ok during the process. Julie and Trace were amazing to work with. Highly recommend them, even when it was difficult they made going so much easier with the support and care they offered.
Thank you to the doctors and physical therapists at the Boerne Promotion facility. Everyone was professional, thorough, and caring. They ensured that I performed the required exercises properly and I am confident that this contributed to my recovery. After ten sessions, my symptoms are gone. Today I finished my therapy with Promotion Physical Therapy in Boerne. This was my first time in my 80 year old life that I have had any type of therapy. I was greatly impressed from day one. The front desk person was an expert in handling her position. The therapist from Dr. Aimee Ruiz, Brittany Gonalez, Tres, and Julie were the most professional, kind, and considerate medical personnel I have ever met. I couldn't have asked for a better PT experience! Dr. Medrano and her team truly cares about their patients and have helped me significantly! I would definitely recommend her to anyone in search of a physical therapist.
