I had a very disappointing experience at your facility. Despite advertising free counseling services, I was asked to pay. During my last visit, I paid approximately $70 in cash, but your system shows no record of this payment, and now I’m being asked to pay again. This is unacceptable. I urge you to ensure your staff is properly trained and to stop misleading clients by claiming to offer free counseling while charging for every visit.

Thank you so much promise services. Had a great experience with all the staff members Kajol, Naya and Namrata Mam, she gives really very good advice and counselling. I would recommend everyone to visit promise services if having any issues with their visa application and many more. Thank you for the entire team member.

I had a very poor experience with this place. I called ahead to confirm if it was okay to walk in, and they said yes. However, when I arrived, the receptionist informed me there was a consultation fee, which wasn’t mentioned during the call. I agreed to pay the fee and ended up waiting around 40 minutes. I told them I had limited time and could come back if needed, but they assured me the agent would be there exactly at 1:30 PM. Understanding that this was during lunch time, I decided to wait. First, I was unsure for some days about where to process my dependent visa, when one of my brothers recommended promise services.I consult with namrata mam. She thoroughly explained the process to me. I enjoy the way she communicates with her consultant. I would strongly suggest Promise Service.
