I was very excited to begin working with Promise Law after my initial consultation in August. Then when I tried to contact them to get the ball rolling there were crickets. No response. A friend of mine was helping me out and calling because I have been in the hospital. Finally, today after about three weeks of trying to get in contact I spoke with an actual human being. We had a really positive experience re-doing our estate documents with Promise Law. We didn't have much to compare against, but we found the whole team really professional, helpful, and friendly. Geneva was clearly very knowledgeable and it generally felt like we were in really good hands.
