The staff is absolutely amazing <3. They are so friendly, upbeat, and positive. I’ve taken three different exams with them and they do their best to make your testing experience as positive as possible. Absolutely wonderful staff 10/10.
The customer service is absolute trash. I would give this place 0/5 rating if it was possible. I have been on hold with customer service for over 2 hours each day for a week just trying to get my test results back and find out if they sent my certificate yet. It has been 6 and a half weeks since I took the test, this is ridiculous.
The staff is so nice and the testing area are so peaceful. Surely, everybody will pass their exams there.
