Just took a 9-hour exam here and would absolutely come back. The team here is genuinely welcoming and so supportive. Have taken many exams proctored by Prometric over the past decade throughout the US, and this was by far the most pleasant site I’ve been to. Thank you to the team for making this day a breeze.
The staff at the testing center were extremely helpful and friendly, which is huge when you’re taking stressful exams. I tested there four times for different exams and had both a smooth experience and distraction-free environment each time.
This place is amazing. The staff is so sweet and so supportive especially when your nerves are heightened. Overall this place is amazing. They celebrated my success with me when I passed. Highly recommend testing here!
Extremely bothered that the doors are not allowed to be closed for the person who needed the private room for extra accommodation. That person who needed extra accommodation was being so loud in that room with their chair and cert loud with obnoxiously flipping their papers, distracting everybody else out in the testing area. It’s was very inconsiderate of that person and over all rude. I was informed by one of the staff that they are not allowed to close the door.
