Friendly staff
Went for my SHRM exam and this location was great. The were friendly and helpful. Clean site and provided everything you could need for your exam. No distractions, they even provided headphones to help cancel out any noises that could occur around you. 10/10 recommend, especially after seeing other location reviews.
I had to come here multiple times for different exams. Everyone that works here was kind, courteous and very pleasant. The process is very straightforward. I highly recommend taking exams here if you're in the area. These people will put you at ease if you get test anxiety. I can't speak highly enough about my experience each time I was here. Also if you arrive early they will let you test if they have room.
The worst testing experience I have had. Waited for an hour and saw them process not one person into the exam room. They decided to try to time a group of people to start at the same time meanwhile people continued to wait outside. There are people waiting over an hour to start their exam. Testing is difficult enough without added stresses. This is a disgrace.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This place is just EXCELLENT. Extremely clean, the staff is AMAZING. They welcome you with a smile that lift your spirit up! And during the test there is no noise or disturbance. I drove 2 hours to test here and if I have a take another test I would definitely come back!
