I have had a few exams here. I’m grateful that the staff is strict but not to a point where they stress you out or hold you up. They do the job well and necessary but not being a*holes about it. I had one a*hole and she had the Karen in her. But they don’t hold you up mainly because most exams are timed, such as USMLE. Poor availability for exam times, especially compared to other centers. Closed for multiple days each week despite certain organizations holding one-day only exams those days. This center’s focus seems to be shifting too much towards profitability and their own cost efficiency rather than the exam-takers and their experience
The staff were very pleasant and warm, which makes all the difference when you are anxious and stressed due to testing! Nancy was super kind with me from the moment I walked in. A very quiet location and easy procedures.
