We visited for an exam, and it was ok. The place was clean, organized and well maintained. The office was good and the staff members were kind. The tight security checks before the exam was too much but I understood because students do terrible things just to pass.
I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the unprofessional conduct of certain staff members, specifically Judy or Judie Buckley, a proctor. My child experienced treatment that I believe was biased and inconsistent with the treatment of other students. While other students were permitted to retest and pass despite making similar errors, my daughter was denied the same opportunity. I request that Judie or Judy be held accountable for her actions. I have had a few exams here. I’m grateful that the staff is strict but not to a point where they stress you out or hold you up. They do the job well and necessary but not being a*holes about it. I had one a*hole and she had the Karen in her. But they don’t hold you up mainly because most exams are timed, such as USMLE. The lockers are right next or very close to the computers/exam room which is helpful for a quick drink or quick grab of a snack. Check in is pretty simple and they know you’re stressed.
