If I could give zero I would give them that for sure. All of them working there are rude and yell explaining their rules. They cannot explain or communicate as I am sure is partly due to the fact that they dont speak English but they yell pointing at all these stringent rules. I am, appalled and so angry about this experience that I am planning on following up with the state of Washington and put an official complanint with respect to their behaviour.
