I had an excellent experience at this Prometric center. The environment is quiet and peaceful, creating the perfect atmosphere for focused testing. Incredible customer service! I ran into an issue on testing day and was so nervous I wouldn't be able to test - the gentleman at the front desk was able to figure out a way to solve my issue. I am so, so appreciative of the professionalism, expertise, and going above and beyond!
I took iNBDE in this test center. It was a good experience with all staff members here. The locker was not very large so you could only fit small backpack and lunch bag. They don't have any water so pack it yourself so you could have it during your break from the exam. I packed some cold lunch for the test as it's a full-day test for NBDE. I got to take every break they provided. They have only one restroom but I didn't have any problem waiting in line for it. It was always available when I took my breaks. Canceled an exam appointment and didn’t notify us until 9pm the night before with no explanation. Absolutely unacceptable.
