I took my exam in February at this Prometric center and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming, and the environment was quiet and well organized, which really helped me stay focused. There was also a very kind lady on the staff who treated me very well and made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. I asked for her name twice, but unfortunately I can’t remember it now. Still, I truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness. Overall, I highly recommend this Prometric center.
Had to take a certification test here for my job. The lady that signed me in was nice and friendly . She joked about being left handed. The office was basic, nothing particularly extraordinary. Semi clean.
This location is unsuitable for administering an exam. I was at this location; the room was dark, their fingerprint didn't work, and the receptionist had to call the owner to ask how she could go about processing me. The chair I was seated on for the exam slowly decreased in height, and I couldn't adjust it; now, my chest and the table were at the same height. I couldn't focus on my exam. I regretted coming to this site, and I should have rescheduled the moment I was faced with the first obstacle.
