This location is unsuitable for administering an exam. I was at this location; the room was dark, their fingerprint didn't work, and the receptionist had to call the owner to ask how she could go about processing me. The chair I was seated on for the exam slowly decreased in height, and I couldn't adjust it; now, my chest and the table were at the same height. I couldn't focus on my exam. I regretted coming to this site, and I should have rescheduled the moment I was faced with the first obstacle.

I took an exam at the Prometric Test Center! The personal there were great! Very friendly and professional. The temperature was perfect to sit for an 1.5 hour test. And comfortable office chairs. My only recommendation more padding between office and testing room not to hear the conversations! Otherwise, easy to find convenient location.

I had good testing experience here. My test proctor Breanna was awesome , she was friendly and knowledge about the test. It was very quiet in there, though I happened be alone in my testing room so I can't speak to how it is with others. There's four usable parking spots out front. If they're all occupied, you have to use side parking which is a small walk away. The front parking is along a "one-way" parking lane, I didn't know so I drove the wrong way. This place was perfect. I tested here for my CPA exam. After reading some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical, until i saw the most recent one. Thankfully, I had a similar experience. The staff was amazing. So kind & silly to lighten the mood & talk me down when i was anxious to test. Nicolle was great, so kind & helpful. after reading reviews, i was concerned the testing center wouldn’t be open on the day i had to take my exam. i was scheduled for saturday and, when i looked up the hours, it said this location was closed on the weekends. if this is a concern for you, i recommend calling prometric headquarters to make sure the place is opened! i called the day before and they were able to confirm that it would be open. other than that i had a great experience! nicolle was very comforting and cracked jokes which calmed my pre-testing nerves.
