One of the staff members at the front desk, a Black woman, was rude. During the exam, she came over and confiscated an item that I had already received approval to bring in. This interrupted my test and caused me to lose time.
Had a fantastic experience here twice in a row. Great staff, very helpful !
I had a terrible experience with the front desk. When I got there nobody was even there and the front door was locked. It took about 15 minutes of waiting before someone who didn’t even work there left and so I finally was able to get in, but even then no worker was at the front desk, after a few more minutes of waiting a front desk employee started to check me in, and was not friendly. I have some mixed experience with this Test -Taking Facility. Everything went well until I got to the registration station. The staff that was registering to get into the test room was not very organized and made me wait from around 11:00 to 11:44 to register me. Around 10 test takers that Came after me were registered first than me. When I was registered, I was just told to get inside the room and wait to be escorted to your section.
