I recently took my USMLE Step 1 exam at this Prometric center. Overall, I really liked the environment, the bag storage facilities, and the helpfulness of the front desk staff. However, one significant issue detracted from my experience. An Indian or Guyanese lady, who was wearing army-style pants, was excessively strict, almost acting like an army drill instructor. Staff were very kind and professional. The testing center has an ambient temperature, and they played a relaxing background sound in the testing room. Chairs provided were also comfortable. Restroom near to the testing rooms too! It made my exam a less stressful experience, I highly recommend this prometric center.
LOVE THIS LOCATION, ITS MY FAVORITE PROMETRIC LOCATION!!! I took the OET and a few shelf exams here. It was on Monday morning, arriving at 7:15 and was greeted by the super kind employees who were working that day, unfortunately I did not get their names, but they were the kindest people I've ever encountered at a testing center (and I have taken a LOT of standardized exams) and that definitely put me at ease and allowed me to perform even better on my exam.
