I had a good experience at this testing center and I would recommend it. The staff were efficient and polite. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The testing room was very quiet and I appreciated the white noise machine that they had turned on. The only issues I ran into: 2 bathroom stalls were out of order, leading to longer wait times. I had a great experience testing at the Prometric Brooklyn location. The staff was professional, organized, and made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. Security procedures were explained clearly, the testing rooms were clean and quiet, and the team stayed attentive throughout the exam process. A special shoutout to Robin for her leadership, professionalism, and positive energy. One of the staff members at the front desk, a Black woman, was rude. During the exam, she came over and confiscated an item that I had already received approval to bring in. This interrupted my test and caused me to lose time.
