Took my exam a while back, but this one lady that keeps getting mentioned in the comments keeps haunting me so I had to come back and post. Never seen someone as unprofessional and rude as her. Do yourself a favor and do not test there.
Very much a prison feeling coming here. When getting ready to go to the testing room, test takers were given short commands with no consideration for the person. Exam day is expensive and stressful and the environment was not conducive to a positive exam experience. These comments are aimed toward one employee who was directing test takers another who surveyed the exam room every 10 minutes. The other ladies were nice.
Honestly had a good experience here! Really nice Black aunties who hyped me up on my break and generally were nice at check-in. They didn’t add to any stress at all. I can’t speak to the cleanliness but didn’t notice anything awry. Either way I really appreciated their positive attitude on such a stressful day!
shockingly bad
Testing facilities were very disgusting. I think the headphones gave me an ear infection. Please read the recent reviews regarding hygiene. Also, the staff just sits around. I told them about the situation in the bathroom and that it may be worth getting someone to check but they were annoyed I interrupted their gossip session.
