I had a great experience testing at the Prometric Brooklyn location. The staff was professional, organized, and made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. Security procedures were explained clearly, the testing rooms were clean and quiet, and the team stayed attentive throughout the exam process. The staff is amazing, especially the manager!
One of the staff members at the front desk, a Black woman, was rude. During the exam, she came over and confiscated an item that I had already received approval to bring in. This interrupted my test and caused me to lose time.
