Test taking environment was great. Steven and Teeanna were very friendly and provided a calming overall experience. Test taking room was clean and quiet.
Not sure why the bad reviews. They must have done some major changes in recent year because I was very pleased. The moment I go in, I’m greeted by a nice gentleman who was hyping all of us up. That was very refreshing! The whole staff was very nice, professional, and helpful. Parking is as great. They opened doors at 7:30am. They do provide you with a locker and lock+key. I took my exam at Prometric Testing Center yesterday and had a great experience. Steven and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional. The office was easy to find and parking was available close to the building entrance. I arrived early and was able to begin Testing prior to my scheduled exam time. The office was clean and organized. I recommend this Testing Center!

My career involves many long exams at Prometric testing centers. This Prometric is by far the best! It’s a quiet area overall and serene space outside for breaks with a little table and a creek bed/wash that runs right next door. The staff at this site were incredibly professional, explained instructions thoroughly, and made my test days positive and calm.
