I was worried about using this testing center based on the reviews, but I had a great experience. The testing center was easy to find, staff were all friendly and professional, and I had zero issues. I arrived early and was able to start prior to my test time - no excessive waiting as other reviews noted.

My career involves many long exams at Prometric testing centers. This Prometric is by far the best! It’s a quiet area overall and serene space outside for breaks with a little table and a creek bed/wash that runs right next door. The staff at this site were incredibly professional, explained instructions thoroughly, and made my test days positive and calm. Scheduled for a test at 12:15 told to arrive 30 minutes early. On arrival I was quoted a 30-45 minute wait and it’s currently 1:30. There are four people in the waiting room, which is directly next to the testing room, who are having non-stop conversation despite sitting underneath a sign that asks people to be silent. The employees seem completely ok with this.

Prometric is getting fat and happy on government contracts while the business slowly burns to the ground. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I pray you never have to deal with them, if you do, you might want to take the day off work, you might have a chance of getting an answer in 8 hours.
