Every time I walk in here at 8am est on any day to take an exam, I’m stuck having to wait 45mins-1 hour. And keep in mind my exam is 3 hours long and I have to be to work at 11:30am. Usually when you book an appointment, you get in within 15mins of your appointment but this almost never happens if you come at 8am M-F. If I fail this exam, I will be walking in 8am and recording the 15-20 people waiting at 8am to get in on time until something gets done about it.
