This place is horrible. I’ve been here so many times but it is at its worse right now. I had an appointment at 8am today. I arrived 10 min early and it’s now 822. Still not checked into testing. Theses girls don’t look very motivated to work and everyone is just looking at each other in the waiting room. Very upset. There’s several open spots, yet the process is so slow. Terrible terrible experience. We have a life. We make plans. These people don’t care.

Great Staff, Clean locked restrooms, nice size locker, but slow computers. Arrive early to start early. Ample of parking space, coat hangers provided, pretty cold in testing center.

Honestly felt so good to test there . I had an issue with my exam and they immediately called their manager her name is Mayeli and she resolved the problem in the quickness. Recommend this center to anyone ! 5 stars if I can give it more I would.

I took my FNP exam here yesterday after driving two hours. I called ahead to confirm my test date and time for past noon. That really helped calm my nerves knowing it was open because they don’t call to confirm. The staff was super nice. They walked me over to my station and wished me luck. I thought that was so nice of her. I was allowed to take a water bottle with the wrapper removed. Solid. Took GRE here and everything went smoothly. I was skeptical about the reviews and called ahead of time to ensure they were operational.
