Had a bad experience taking the June 2025 LSAT at this location. They were very unorganized and running very behind getting all of the test-takers checked in. The receptionist failed to record our information from our ID's prior to us entering the testing room. This resulted in her interrupting me numerous times, the first time she attempted to give me someone else's ID and then continued interrupting me until she gave me the correct ID. I took STEP 1 and STEP 2 here. The staff are always amazing! Very kind, helpful, and efficient when checking you in and out, and they keep the noise to a minimum so you can focus.
I took a NP certification exam on 11/2/24 at 12 pm. The staff at the Prometric on Elmore in Memphis was PHENOMENAL. I've wanted to let them know how much I appreciated they're kindness. I was a nervous MESS during that exam and they were very encouraging before and after the test. They were professional and efficient. I believe their names were Olivia and Amanda. Thank you both!!
