The staff is great. Check in and check out procedure is smooth.
Testing room has a sign posted with a temperature range in the 70s (beginning at 72F). I wore two thin layering shirts and one zip-up jacket;I usually run cold - this worked for me. Basically stole $90 from me. I could not sit for the exam so they led me to believe that if I paid a $90 cancellation fee, I would be refunded the remainder of my exam fees. I paid the $90 and then was told they did not refund my exam fees but to contact NASBA. NASBA does not refund the exam fees. SCAM
