Two years ago, I had a very important exam scheduled at this testing center, and it was cancelled an hour before, and I unfortunately had to postpone it a year later because I was traveling for a long time. It was unfortunate, but I dealt with it. The staff was super friendly while still being professional, and I really appreciated how thorough they were. I had some system issues at the end of my test, but a staff member jumped right in and took care of it. As others have mentioned, the waiting room chairs could definitely use some TLC, so I decided not to sit on them. The testing area was fine, and the noise-canceling headphones worked great for tuning out all the keyboard clacking and background noise. Overall, a good experience, mostly thanks to the staff.

I need to acknowledge that the staff at the Prometric Test Center on Spring Forest Road were friendly, which I really appreciated. However, the overall quality and condition of the test center are unacceptable, especially considering the high cost of the exams administered there. The chairs in the waiting area are old, stained, and so dirty that you honestly don’t want to touch or sit on them. The carpet is heavily stained and clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time, giving the entire space a neglected and unhygienic... read more
