Basically stole $90 from me. I could not sit for the exam so they led me to believe that if I paid a $90 cancellation fee, I would be refunded the remainder of my exam fees. I paid the $90 and then was told they did not refund my exam fees but to contact NASBA. NASBA does not refund the exam fees. SCAM

The lady Darlene was nice enough, but wow is she oblivious. I was the last person to finish my test that day and she decides to start cleaning up the room before I finish my exam by wiping every single keyboard and mouse down. The amount of noise she made was EXTREMELY DISTRACTING. Come on... people pay a lot of money and spend months if not years preparing for these exams. Have some courtesy. NOT RECOMMENDED! Sadly, it took me months to prepare for my test and my computer was next to the door. I heard all the conversation outside (even with headphones, yes, they talk loud) and it was very distracting and stressful for my 8 hours test. Staff were nice tho. At the end the girl was cleaning the empty computers before I finished my test and that was distracting too. I recently used this Prometric Testing Center for one of the CPA exams. It was a great experience. I arrived 30 minutes ahead of appointment time as is suggested. All ran very smooth. They provide ear gear for noise reduction/focusing which I thought was great. Staff was great and super efficient. Overall great experience for a very stressful situation.
