I rescheduled my exam here last minute and was very nervous about the whole thing but the staff was really wonderful. We started on time and they were really lovely. When I accidentally unplugged my computer with my foot in the last 30 minutes of my 8 hour exam, they were able to get it back up super quickly and reassured me a lot as I was freaking out. Test day is stressful but it is really nice to have great people helping you during it. Overall really good experience!! Tested 1/24/2026
Smooth experience, they offer noise cancelling headphones which I appreciated.
No one is answering the phone. You can't leave a voicemail because the mail box is full.
I was nervous because of the reviews till I recently took a test here and my experience was very pleasant. The staff at the center were very polite and helpful. The test center was comfortable and the whole process went very well. I had nothing like the experience described in some of the reviews here. I'd test here again.
