I was nervous because of the reviews till I recently took a test here and my experience was very pleasant. The staff at the center were very polite and helpful. The test center was comfortable and the whole process went very well. I had nothing like the experience described in some of the reviews here. I'd test here again.

I took my Step 2 CK exam here and had a horrible testing experience. First, the testing facility started the exam after 2.5 hours due to some error with pushing the exams to the computer screen after checking us in. I arrived to start the check in process at 7:15am and was finally seated in the exam room to start at 10:00am. I was also told that this happened the day before at this location. I was nervous based on the reviews but I must say the Hyattsville location was a great experience. The staff was kind, welcoming, and encouraging. I had no issue with checking in and my entire testing went smoothly. I would test here again.
