Staff were helpful. But the Life insurance exam was horrible. It didn't make any sense. And why is general Insurance inside my Life insurance exam ? General Insurance is not Life Insurance. Prometric doesn't even offer a Life insurance study book. After failing the exam ,they don't even present the questions that you got wrong so that you can study them before retaking the exam and begin selling Life insurance as an agent. Not good
Scheduled my dental exam at this location, got there and the staff were late, had not reported for work. they got there over 30 minutes late did not attend to us for about another hour. later came out and said the systems were not working. tried waiting to see if it could be fixed so i could take the exam and the staff was very rude. discouraged anyone from waiting. felt like she didn’t care to work that day. i had to leave eventually without writing my exam.
staff was friendly and responsible! my check in process including breaks were all very smooth and quick. i felt like i only had to worry about the exam. the space was also clean and it was quiet
