Very good value on a product that is SOOOO easy to install. Very intuitive design and passed inspections with flying colours. Overall, the final cost of the railing was on par with what I could find at local big box stores, but the local railings could not guarantee ADA compliance due to them not having the proper returns available. Go with Promenaid for one-stop shopping and hassle free installation. Our order was placed on a Saturday and was shipped out by Monday afternoon.
The wood walnut veneered railing looks and functions great, and it is very solidly made. My only complaint is the sprocketlock bracket system was extremely difficult to engage onto the rail. I had to watch a video to ensure I wasn’t doing something wrong, as I was worried I was going to put too much force on the brackets the rail or bracket.
