The Promenaid handrail product is even better than advertised. The entire process (researching, ordering, delivery, and installation) are very easy and straight-forward. The Youtube videos were also very helpful in determining how best to install the handrails. The entire process took me about 2 weeks (start to finish). I would definitely recommend this product for every DIY home owner who wants an easy handrail to install in their home. I've added photos of the final install which I did with my brother
I received my handrail order in reasonable time for cross country onto Vancouver Island. Packaging was very good. The handrail and Sprocketlock brackets are gorgeous. I was excited to layout my stairwell and install. This is when i realized they're weren't really any instructions for these brackets in a stairwell application. Just a grab rail sheet. It was very well constructed and easy to install. You did leave me one screw short, causing me to make a trip to Lowe's so I could finish. Other than that we are very pleased.
