My mom is at Promenade Chestnut Ridge and she has settled in very well. The intake was fantastic and the staff, especially Deanna Holcombe, are kind, caring and quick to respond to any concerns and questions. The facility is kept super clean. My Mom has met some new friends and seems very happy each time I visit. I was really worried about this life transition and I could not have done it without the support I received when my Mom moved in. Thank you to all the Promenade staff!
The staff is always inviting and friendly. I love coming here and seeing the residence they also are friendly and smiling.
