My mom has been a resident of The Promenade for nearly 2 months. Moving her into an assisted living was a difficult and emotional decision for me, Sally Ann made the whole process easy for me and my family, from then first telephone call I placed to meeting her and getting a tour of the facility, I knew it was the place for my Mom. My mom lived here for almost two years and we both loved it. The facility is clean and beautiful, secure but with a homey feel. Residents can spend time outside when they wish without supervision in the enclosed garden and patio spaces. The activity program is amazing and kept my constantly busy mom occupied all day long, every day with fun and stimulating games and projects. Best of all the staff is caring, attentive and patient. We were blessed to have found them.
