Tried ordering hospital for three patients. Spoke with them multiple times daily but everything worked the speed of a snail. They still messed up and I had to find a bed for all three patients a week after discharge. Better choices out there
I have been dealing with ProMedica for years. (OE Meyer). They have been nothing but professional, and their customer service is superb. They ship my CPAP supplies directly (Fed Ex) to my home and if my CPAP machine needs service I can swing by the office. Amy has been wonderful along with the rest of the staff.
