Their billing office staff are the worst they do nothing for you.
I have a referenced based health savings program as my insurance. ProMedica has informed me that they will not bill the program and that I need to do this. It has taken about six weeks post visits to receive the information I needed to process the billing, they are now sending me late payment notices. I asked to be placed on billing hold and was told they will not do this. WOW!!! Not only do I need to do their work for them, there is no holding while I do it. I need to apologize about my negative review I posted...although it was true about the sign. Our healthcare is some of the best in the world .I do want anyone to mistake that..a d we are safe in the hospitals...as patients a d I worked in the operating room and those doctors try as hard as they can....and they do have it rough in alot of ways.and they are caring people..they live sheltered lives .and I think they get scared easily...and they are perfectionists..I know I worked with them .a d they are not going to intentional... read more
I have been trying to get my medication refilled. My doctor has switched over to ProMedica which requires me to be seen as a new patient even though I have seen her before at a mercy facility. I never was made aware of this otherwise I would have made an appointment right away. She can’t verify my refill that she herself prescribed unless she sees me first. Somehow they can’t access my mercy chart. I don’t see how hard it is to get that transferred over. I am now out of medication and they can’t see me for a couple weeks. Lu... read more
