Used to work there they are horrible all the want is money and don’t care about the residents or the staff and the staff. Is rude except for a few it should be shut down never take your loved ones here
I highly suggest staying away from this facility. I feel they are grossly understaffed, incompetent, rude, or just dismissive. My father had a recent infection that led to a partial amputation & he also has celiac‘s. They gluten poisoned him two days in a row & if we wouldn’t have been there it would have happened a third night in a row. He was not prepared for release, I feel they didn’t spent enough time with him on PT or OT for him to be prepared to go home and be independent. They are very slow to answer call lights or screams for help. I've been asking for pain meds for over 2hours.
As the HRD of ProMedica Lafayette, I enjoy our staff and patients. I look forward to the continuance of growth in our building.
