I was called, unsolicited, by this company asking me to take part in a survey. I said "do not call me ever again." Their representative said "It'll only take 4-5 minutes of your time and is really valuable for Texans to share their opinion in an upcoming election." I replied that I don't live in Texas, and their representative had the AUDACITY to say "that would've been really helpful to know before I started talking." Harassed by an employee of theirs named Brandon yesterday while I was trying to spend time with my family. I’ve honestly never had someone refuse to put me on a do-not-call list or had anyone as combative or rude as him. He talked over me and refused to listen the entire time. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY. I’ll be pursuing legal actions for violation of the TCPA for failing to maintain an adequate do not call list as federal compliance as well as report them to the BBB and send a letter to the Texas Attorney General. Called twice within just under 3 hours, second time was just before 9pm EST. I've blocked & reported. Not interested in being surveyed! Too bad they're not covered under DNC list. Annoying.

Promark is a joke. I worked for this company last year and tried reapplying recently and was told I'm ineligible for rehire due to non communication when I In fact did communicate.
