I had an absolutely amazing experience at Prom Pageant! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so friendly and helpful, making the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. The selection of prom dresses was incredible. The quality and design were outstanding, truly exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend Prom Pageant to anyone looking for the perfect prom dress and a fantastic shopping experience!
I had a terrible experience with this store. Last year, I paid $400 for a dress that was not available in-store, so they had to order it online. I never received or took the dress. When I returned this November, I found out that they wrote an expiration date of November 2 on my receipt—something I was never informed about. Was traveling and decided to check them out for hoco dresses. This was by far our favorite to shop for formal dresses! The staff was super nice, super helpful, and engaging; but not so in your face that you felt pressured or a bother. Thankfully they weren’t very busy because my daughter had no idea what she was looking for. She tried on SO many dresses. The staff never once made her feel any kind of way about it.
