Spoke to a woman on the phone who was quite rude. When looking at the store here on Google Maps, it says nothing about being appointment only. So when I arrived and the doors were locked, I called to ask. One of the employees was extremely rude to me about a simple misunderstanding.
Had a lovely experience today for my daughter! Rena was such a pleasure in assisting us. She was so helpful and gave great advice. The dress my daughter found online she thought may have been discontinued, as we couldn’t find it on the floor. So she tried on a few dresses and then found one she loved but still wasn’t “the one”. We had a great experience shopping at prom forever. Rina helped us out, and she was absolutely lovely. There is a large selection of dresses with kind and welcoming staff. I felt comfortable and trusted Rina’s extensive knowledge on the dresses and tailoring. Beautiful shop to find your dream dress!
