Great store great staff and great place and prices for Ring and prom dresses they made my daughter feel like a princess
I walked in and was greeted fairly quickly. I explained that I wanted a specific dress (knowing that I would most likely have to order it). They girl who greeted me confirmed my thoughts saying that they did not have the dress after checking their stock. But after she said that and suggested that we look around for alternatives, I was not talked to again by any employee there. I stayed in the store for about 15 more minutes before leaving and no one else approached me to see if I needed any help with anything.
We ordered a tux for the Navy Ball. 3 days before the event the Ball was re-scheduled due to a potential hurricane. I called the store as soon as I found out but the tux had just come in. They called me back the next day and said the tux would be there in 2 weeks for the event at no additional change. Thanks so much for the wonderful customer service!!
Yes, the owner is a little bit more opinionated than most people expect to see in a retail establishment but what most people don't realize is that she's trying to provide you with a service that most retail establishments won't provide. The service being...honesty she will not sell you something unless you really want it that looks bad for you considering the event, your skin and/or your body type. she trains her girls to handle her customers with the most caring, honest way a business could provide. If you're looking to try plus size samples from Juliette Mori Lee collection don't bother with All The Rage they only have about 3 dresses to choose from but Blush boutique in Newport News have more samples in plus. The consultant Jessica was very pleasant and as helpful as she could be. That's why I gave 3🌟🌟🌟
