Terrible experience. We made the appointment drove in from out of town. Staff were rude and not helpful at all. They did not help with the dresses, had no clips to help with the bigger dresses. It was a waste of time. The only time they really talked to us was to ask for the try on fee. Total waste of the $29 and our time. They did not tell us about the fee when booking the appointment either.

One of the worst experiences. Showed up they told us the littlest amount of information of their store then went and stood behind the desk on their phones and just talking would not help. Most of the dresses were in bad condition because of people having to grab them themselves. The only thing they help with was making us pay the try on fee even though they did absolutely nothing. Not worth the $29 try on fee just go to west Edmonton mall

Went in with my cousin so she could look at some dresses for graduation. They had booked a 45 minute appointment which allows for 5 dresses to try on for $30. Appointment was at 5:15pm and we arrived there at 5pm. No one helped pull dresses. No one really talked to us until it came time to try on the dresses. One dress we wanted to try on they didn't have in her size so they said we could pick another one or they could find a similar one. We asked them to pull something similar.
