Rude, condescending and patronizing. Was very argumentative and was told we don’t have legal help in Stanislaus county. So move or hire a lawyer. Heard me speak for a total of 7 mins.
Great if you are looking for a mediator. Marc, Isaac, and Michelle were great. Even though my landlord is so unprofessional and rude.
They called back quickly, which suprized me because they closed the office over the holidays and new years. Great landlord info and specific strategies to deal with our issue. I hope I won't need them again, but won't hesitate if I need it!
