Project Self is amazing! They rent out office space, which I took advantage of during my recent renovations in my own office. What a welcoming, professional and happy space to work out of! I also love the sauna and the red light therapy. The holistic body work by Lisanne is so healing. I love her lymphatic massage and reflexology. I love going to this business! I always have a huge smile on my face as soon as I enter.
Project Self is a beautifully designed space for personal healing and restoration. The environment is warm and inviting, making it easy to relax and unwind. I absolutely love the range of services, especially the contrast therapy, which leaves me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated every time. Great facility, and super nice people! The price for Hot/cold therapy is far too expensive for what you get though. You can go to any dedicated sauna and cold plunge facility down south and pay half to 3/4 of the price and get more than what you get here. It’s unfortunate as there is no other place In town for this.
I absolutely love this warm inviting holistic center! It is always immaculately clean & comfortable. JP is so friendly & welcoming- he makes sure our appointments are super smooth! My kids love working with Kathleen and I love using the sauna & cold plunge every time they see her. I sleep like a baby after every hot/cold plunge ITS LIKE MAGIC !! This space is truly a Gem in PG!
Always leave this place feeling reinvigorated and refreshed! A warm and inviting atmosphere with very friendy staff. Had a fantastic and informative session with Roya Compo and I love using the hot/cold contrast therapy. Will be back soon!
