Horrible experience I have been waiting outside for 1 full hr now. I get 1 ride a week and have made me miss 2 unexcusable classes due to picking me up late. And I have wait in Bangor for over an hour for them to pick me up for the ride home. I pay for a state provided ride you guys should be on-time
