I second the review above. Not only do they no longer have someone answer their phones since separating from Harvard, they rarely return phone calls. Our potential case is a complex class actions against 5 defendants in the predatory education industry. We not only sent several emails, we even had an alumnus attempt to contact them. The least these guys could have done was decline the case for the usual BS reasons to allow us to move on
Good luck trying to get through to them. I've been emailing them for over a month. They don't respond to emails and their number leads to a recording that ultimately disconnects the call.
